Registration Categories & Rates for In-person Attendance

All deadlines are 11:59 PM Taiwan time (UTC+8).

* - Member fees are applicable only if membership status is active at the dates of the Conference. Membership status will be verified and followed up by the ISEE Office. Please address the ISEE Office at secretariat@iseepi.org for membership queries. 

- Students’ Registration, a Valid Student’s ID needs to be provided through the online registration process. Conference Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to allocate your registration to the appropriate category, in case relevant documentation is missing or is not valid.

- Emeritus Registration, please complete the Emeritus Membership request form (pdf) verifying that you are not professionally active or earning a professional salary. Emeritus Membership is available only to eligible current and past members. Email the completed form to secretariat@iseepi.org

- Subsidized/Early Career Registration, is available to delegates who meet one of the following criteria: Temporary Financial Hardship or New Researcher (less than 5 years of experience from terminal degree). A proof of degree completion is required to be provided through the online registration process. Conference Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to allocate your registration to the appropriate category, in case relevant documentation is missing or is not valid.

- Government Registration, is available for non-academics, i.e., in positions where one is either considered a civil servant and if the government agency does not cover the costs of professional memberships. Confirmation of your status needs to be provided through the online registration process.

The registration fee for the in-person registration categories of the Conference includes:
-           Access to all meeting sessions,
-           Exhibition & posters area,
-           ID badge
-           E-certificate of Attendance
-           Coffee breaks & lunches,
-           Opening ceremony
-           Conference dinner
-           Access to Virtual platform including e-poster gallery
-           Access to recorded in-person meeting sessions through a virtual platform after the meeting
